xcorpius
Hi!

Is there a parameter in "Tomcat JDBC Connection Pool" 9 equivalent to the ConnectionReserveTimeoutSeconds parameter from Weblogic?

Thanks,

Xcorpius

Maybe.

What does that parameter actually do?

Hi Chris!

ConnectionReserveTimeoutSeconds:

The number of seconds after which a call to reserve a connection from the connection pool will timeout.

When set to 0, a call will never timeout.

When set to -1, a call will timeout immediately.

Admin Console field label: Connection Reserve Timeout

Units: seconds

Default: 10

Minimum: -1

Maximum: 231-1

Thanks,

Xcorpius

See maxWait for Tomcat JDBC Pool

https://tomcat.apache.org/tomcat-9.0-doc/jdbc-pool.html

Or for the default dbcp pool, maxWaitMillis

https://commons.apache.org/proper/commons-dbcp/configuration.html
